I went to Indian Tailoring and Alterations because I needed to have two saris fitted for my brother's wedding. Her work is exquisite and beyond detailed. When I went to the wedding, all the women were blown away by the work she had done with the pleating and blouse...all of it! It was truly above and beyond. Lovely family and I cannot wait for my sister-in-law to visit because she was so impressed, she would like to have some saris of her own tailored by Indian Tailoring and Alterations.10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was looking for a tailor who could alter a blouse I got online. The blouse was no where close to the online description and I took it over to get suggestion from "Indian Tailoring and Alterations".
OMG, they were so amazing. Quick, efficient and very kind! She inspected the blouse and explained the flaws and she offered me a solution and re-stitched a brand new beautiful blouse! I brought my Fiancé's clothing to get adjusted too. Services rendered are nothing but perfect.

Madhu who runs Indian Tailoring and Alterations is very experienced and great at her work. She did an excellent job at altering two blouses and a lehenga for me. She is highly professional and quick at making alterations and she makes sure the outfit fits you well - she made me try the blouses after alterations and quickly put a stitch or two in front of me wherever we felt the blouse was slightly loose. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their Indian outfits altered.

Excellent results! She is so professional, fast, and responsive. We were running late to a drop off (we were planning on picking up our clothes a few days later), and when she found out we’d driven 30 minutes to her, she delayed personal plans and insisted upon doing our alterations right then and there. She did a marvelous job. My dress was altered to perfection within a few minutes, and my husband’s outfit was done very quickly. She also quickly altered it again after he tried it on and requested a slight adjustment. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend her!

I don't even know where to begin - this was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. It was very easy to get an appointment. The work was beautifully done. Extremely Reasonable
My daughter is having her wedding this September and for the occasion I needed to get a blouse stitched for a sari I bought in India. Indian Ladies Tailoring and Alteration did a great job with my sari blouse, it fits like a glove and the price was extremely reasonable. They even bought the lining for my blouse.
I had other blouses to stitch but Indian Ladies Tailoring and Alterations insisted that they do one blouse before entrusting them with the rest. I paid them upon receipt of my finished stitched blouse. I am very happy with the result and will absolutely come again.

Super Impressed
Super fast with being responsive, contacted her about altering a dress of mine. Went over, She gave me a quote and charged me less than that. Very neat work, very quick, fit me in in her busy season, and gave it back ASAP! Super impressed, wish I had found her earlier! WOW what a find
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Madhu was very responsive and easy to schedule an appointment with from the beginning. She was able to accommodate a quick turn around request for a lehenga top I was wearing for an upcoming wedding. The experience in the fitting was great! The business is in her converted garage in a nice neighborhood. Her price was extremely fair (much lower than what I had been quoted at two shops in LA) and she turned the top around in only a few days. She also gave me some tips for how to wear my outfit since it was my first time wearing Indian clothing. She texted me when the top was finished and the final product fit perfectly. I got many compliments the day of the wedding!

very CLEAN and Professional
I highly recommend, I brought my bridesmaids dress to Manu (sorry might misspelled her name) she is so sweet. She did an excellent job and was very quick. I got my maxi dress hemmed 4inches shorter and added (2) side slits to open it up and add some style. Her prices were so reasonable and fair. I immediately brought my other more expensive dress to be hemmed. She did a fantastic job and will continue to work with her. I found my new favorite and best alteration lady. There is a little language barrier, but her family translated if needed. She had great communication (we text about price and when it was ready for pick-up) very CLEAN and professional. It was so easy to find her place and I went around the side entrance to enter her clean garage turned business space. It was cool with a fan and changing room with mirror. I'm thrilled to support this small business and very happy with the alterations.
She does great work and charges a fair price with quick turn around. I appreciate her friendly, professional, and kind energy.
